What are Systemic & Family Constellations?

Systemic & Family Constellations are a powerful ever evolving process that has the power to shift generations of suffering and unhappiness, including physical conditions and serious illnesses. Bert Hellinger, the founder of this evolving work, observed that many of us unconsciously "take on" destructive family patterns, such as anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, addiction and many others including diseases.
How do Systemic & Family Constellations work?
Family constellations allow us to break destructive family patterns. They give us a deeper understanding as to why we feel the way we feel. A family constellations is an energetic process, where we firstly gain a felt sense of how we are still affected by the tragic events that remain unresolved in our families. Secondly, we literally step into a new image of feeling whole that will have a strengthening flow-on effect on our life. After a constellation, we stand in a stronger, clearer and more connected place.
“A client selects from a group representatives for members of his family and puts them in relationship to one another. If he has set them up, he may be very much surprised of what he suddenly sees. In the first picture something hidden is usually shown already. For instance, we may see that some of the members want to leave the family. And we see, when they are set up, the representatives feel like the people they represent without knowing them. So, they know about the people they don’t know. That shows something about the human condition. We are not just on our own, we are connected with many others in a very mysterious way. What also comes to light in family constellations is that in the end all in the family are equal. Nobody is better, nobody is worse. Systemic Constellations in an Individual Session
Aside from systemic constellation workshops we also offer individual sessions. It is not always possible or practical to attend a constellation workshop or a person may prefer to work in a one-to-one setting, individual sessions are just as transformational as constellation groups. In individual session we use a variety of objects, for example figurines or paper as representatives. For online session we also use an interactive constellation application.
Satyaa offers individual sessions face-to-face and via Skype or Zoom.

- All fees are subject to change and payable in Australian Dollars only (Payment is accepted only by PayPal, cash, online credit card payment and bank transfer)
- Payment for the initial session is required two days prior to the initial session
- Fees are non refundable
- Cancellation Policy: A 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations to appointments is required or a cancellation fee of 50% of the fee will be charged. Missed appointment or cancellation fees must be paid before the next appointment can be made.
